August 15-Amway Australia
Once we settled into our apartment-brushed our teeth and took a shower!!!, we headed over to Amway, which is right down the road from us. We had a tour of the building, met a bunch of people, and enjoyed coffee in the sunshine. The weather is beautiful here, but we laugh when we see others in Uggs and winter coats when Ray and I are in short-sleeves. We took care of some basics. Ray tried driving the car a short distance. This will take some time to get used to. We had lunch, and set-up a bank account. We then headed back to our apartment to take a nap before we explored the resturants near-by.

Glad to hear you made it safe and sound. On the way home, is Ray going to trade seats with you so you get the business class? LOL
Enjoy your time there. We can't wait to see some pictures. What city are you in? Are you right in Sidney? I think I missed that part.

Did I tell you how some of the 19-year-olds on our trip were so excited to hold a discman that someone my age brought on the trip. They wanted to know if she actually brought a bunch of CDs with her--packed them and carried them along?!!! Wow!! Does it sound different? I told them to listen for the "whirring" sound of the CD in the player. Crazy!!
